What is the Measure of Foundational Abilities?

Now that you are here on the Brain Harmony website, we are sure that the number one question you have is: how may we help your family member?

Lara:
We have created an online tool that when you complete it, it will provide us the information to best be able to tell you how may we help your family member.

Carol:
The measure of foundational abilities is going to be an online assessment you will complete in different categories to give us an idea of the level of functioning of your family member.

Carol:
It will ask you questions regarding balance, gross and fine motor skills, sensory system, social and emotional skills, organizing attention and cognition, auditory and language, as well as sleep.

Carol:
Once you complete that, an email will be sent to you with a report of the baseline of the scores. Those will help us determine an initial plan of care and be able for us to tell you exactly how we can help you.

Lara:
It may take you about 10 minutes to complete, but it's well worth it. Take a few minutes, complete the screen, and you'll get your report very soon.
