Testimonials & Success Stories
SANDY:
As a child, Sandy, 52, had endured emotional, physical, and sexual abuse, as well as surgeries, head traumas and car accidents. This understandably made her a high-anxiety, fearful, fight-or-flight adult. Diagnosed with dysautonomia/pots, she struggled with chronic fatigue, brain fog, difficulty in understanding and connecting to others, and depression, anxiety and sleep issues. She also had multiple physical issues with body, eye, and ear pain and weakness. She had tried numerous therapies over the years, but nothing seemed to work. Since starting with Brain Harmony, she feels more stable, she’s understanding conversation, and states she "can feel her feet grip the ground." She also reports that while in the past she couldn’t even walk to the mailbox, she can now bike 8 miles and walk 1.5 - 3 miles to work. She has been able to shift weight between her heels and toes, and even rock back and forth on the balance board without any symptoms. She is feeling so much better that her husband is now about to start the program as well.
MANDY:
Mandy is a 56 year old woman who struggled with dysautonomia for 2.5 years.
Mandy's symptoms:
Passing out when under stress
Nausea, bloating and constipation
Confusing her right and left hands
Moments of extreme fatigue that may cause her to have to sleep for hours during the day
Sensory headaches
Auditory hypersensitivity
Struggling to use her words
Feeling constant vigilance and unable to relax.
Mandy’s response to Brain Harmony, "I used to always wonder how my body would respond in different situations. Will it cooperate and respond or will it rebel. I was constantly vigilant and worried about how my body would respond. Since using the SSP in my Brain Harmony Home Program, I feel like I have my life and health back."
Mandy is no longer blacking out, she is better able to filter sound, and is more present in her life. Her gastrointestinal concerns have diminished, and she is also better able to manage her stress.
Mandy further reports, "I am making connections and solving problems. I am better able to attend for longer periods of time as well. Thank you, Brain Harmony!"
