How Does Brain Harmony Help Dads?

Father's Day is upon us, and we have a special offer for our Rockstar Dads!

Most of the Dads we talk to at Brain Harmony are looking for release from anxiety, insomnia, stress, healing childhood trauma, adjusting to being a new Dad, and/or building neurological resiliency to be the dad of a child with special needs. We actually help people with over 40 different conditions and work with both children and adults.

Even though Dads stand to gain these great benefits as a result of our program, they are the most likely to be skeptical at the start of Brain Harmony. But once they give our protocol a try, they become our biggest fans when they witness a huge leap forward in development for their child! They are relieved at witnessing these inch-stones, as we call them, while also receiving help for themselves.

So to let Dads check out what we do, we're offering a Father's Day incentive! If you sign up for our Home Program between Father’s Day and July 1st  you get 30 days of FREE THERAPY! Click here to take our Quiz and sign up for our free consultation, and mention this offer.

As Dad works in tandem with his child, he will experience the magic of working with the Vagus Nerve (which is crucial for making the brain more malleable) for both himself AND for his child. What are some of the results we’ve seen in the children we’ve worked with?

Well, it’s the “little” things, (that are actually enormous accomplishments). Things like coordinated throwing and catching of a ball in the front yard. Or a child becoming the captain of the flag football team. A child becoming MVP when they used to be a liability on the field. Or even just a child being able to soothe themselves out of a tantrum, brush their teeth without a parent begging, or waking up dry instead of wet.

Learn more in the video below, where Ari Whittman, who is a Dad, best-selling author, and the creator of the Energy Blueprint system for overcoming fatigue and increasing energy levels, talks to our Founder Carol Garner-Houston about how to stimulate the vagus nerve and treat anxiety, depression, ADHD and autism with the Brain Harmony protocol.

Dad and Son with Autism: Success in InchStones

This Dad’s son was recently diagnosed with ASD dx. The social aspect of the condition was a painful daily reminder, until Dad was able to awaken the social portal of human engagement in his son. Recently while playing, Dad pretended he was crying. and his son recognized the non-verbal cues his Dad was presenting. He showed concern on his face, and soft gestures towards Dad. The Dad said, “This was the first time my son showed empathy.”

Here are some fun and soothing ways to include Dad in our Brain Harmony Protocol!

  • Ask Dad to join a call with your Brain Harmony therapist

  • Ask Dad to listen to the music with their child

  • Ask Dad to try 10 Duck and Pigeon Jumps without messing up

  • Ask Dad to stand on one leg with his eyes closed for 10 seconds

  • Ask Dad to do a cartwheel while wearing the headphones.

Why is Brain Harmony Different Than Other Therapies?

This is not ABA or cognitive therapy. Rather, this is an awakening that allows deeper interpersonal relationships with others, including family, friends, teachers and coworkers. Some couples tell us, “I didn’t realize that your listening protocol and plan of care was like marriage/family counseling!” They’re right. No other therapies do what we do.

When Dad feels better, then the whole family feels better.

In fact, one of our Brain Harmony Dads reported on the call with his therapist today, “I love Brain Harmony because my child is talking more, and I can communicate with him on a level we have not been able to do before. Just to hear him talk with me means everything."
